About Session

①Your Safe Haven Space
(Approx.10mins)

Create your Safe Haven Space in your mind with guided meditation. A place where you feel safe, secure, protected, peaceful & calm. Your imagination is endless, so create the best haven for you which we will then use in your session.

※ This step only needs to be done once. 

We can re-use your Safe-Haven in future sessions.

② Completion Process Session
(Approx.1.5~2hours)

Recall the event that made you uncomfortable and imagine you are in that moment again as vividly as possible. When you are at the peak feeling of that key moment I will ask you:

 

"when did you first experience this same feeling in your life?"

You will invite the past to become part of your present (images, sensations, emotions, etc), thus allowing these events to integrate into the NOW for acknowledgment, processing & healing.

 

Your emotional integration process will occur organically on its own once initiated however, as a practitioner I will hold space for you as I guide and assist you in this process.

Session in a relaxing environmen

Our session on Skype or Zoom will be audio only to allow you to focus on the session as much as possible. Simply find a nice relaxing position such as sitting or lying down and dim the lights if you can.

 

As the session can be long, you may like to have a drink close by, and I’ve found that some people like to play relaxing background music during the session which is no issue at all.
